The ability to anticipate and overcome objections, while covering
features, advantages, and benefits of the service being sold
are essential. Listening, along with strong written and verbal
communication skills can be very helpful. One should have solid
computer and internet skills to be able to manage their customer
and prospect databases, along with the ability to do web based
research and basic computer graphics. |
