| Industrial opportunities
are located on the west coast, mid west, south east and north
east requiring 40% overnight travel and should be near a major
airport. Individual should have exposure to flow controls, including
some of the following: valves, pumps, control valves, filters
and process control instrumentation. The account types include
pulp and paper, chemical, petrochemical, industrial and contractor.
Major OEM and user accounts will be sold direct. Selling through
distribution will be the primary method for smaller accounts.
The ability to train and motivate distributor sales representatives
is helpful. |

will pay these Factory Representatives a $65,000 base salary
plus $10,000 per quarter bonus, at quota, totaling $105,000

live anywhere in their territory near an airport. Equipment

ranges in price from $30,000 to $500,000, so exposure to a longer
sales cycle can be helpful. 40-50% travel is normal. |

a base salary $50,000 to $55,000 plus monthly commissions with
the total first year income of 75-$80,000 realistic. There is

Base salary
$60,000 plus $12-15,000 total semi-annual bonus. |
