The Gould Group is led by Thomas Gould who started his career with Sales Consultants, a division of Management Recruiters International, MRI. 

Five years later after focusing on Industrial Sales placements, he founded The Gould Group and expanded nationally into Medical, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Software, Advertising, Aviation sales and several non sales categories including Engineers, Physicians, Attorneys, and Accountants.

With multiple offices, recruiters and networks growth has been sustained. Gould has interests in Tennis, he was a college player and teaching pro, poker, golf, music and vinyl records.
